Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items and services in suppport of the previous project with SIGCOM, Inc., Greensboro, NC 27407 prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The is an amendment to contract T0400BF0825 and is issued as a request for proposal. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 06. This requirement is not a set-aside . Delivery is to be FOB Destination and is 31 Oct 00. Delivery will be made to Martin Army Hospital, Attn: Rhonda Cole, 92200 Marne Road, Room 064, ATTN: MCSB-I, Ft Benning, GA 31905-6100. Acceptance will be made at the performance point. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items, award will be made to the offeror who best meets the technical requirements at the lowest price; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (a); (b) (1), (3), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10).
