Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 15 and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number 673-48-01 applies and is issued as a request for proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 621999 @ $5 million. Provide pharmacy technician support service for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL, for a period December 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. The Government may extend the term of this contract for two (2) optional years. Subject to availability of funds.
