- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Excalibur Technologies Corporation on other than full and open competitive basis for (1) each Software support and maintenance agreement for 1 year on a RetrievalWare, 15 concurrent user license including SDK, model MRN-6114, and (1) each Software support and maintenance agreement for 1 year on a RetrievalWare unlimited user license with RDBMS Bridge, Profiling & Cat Server, and Internet Spider, model MRN-61512. Sole source is based on software being proprietary to Excalibur Technologies Corporation. See note(s) 22.
