Description

The VA Network Business Center intends to award Firm Fixed Price Contract Requirement Type Consolidated Item (FAR 12) procurement for Dry Ice. The Dry Ice shall be delivered to the Greater West LA Healthcare System, Sepulveda Ambulatory & Nursing Home Center and Loma Linda VA Medical Center. Term of the contract will be for One Base Year with provisions for four (4) option years. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business with a NAICS Code of 325188. All requests must be in writing to Brian Van Orman, VA Network Business Center (NBC/MP), 5901 East 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822.
