Description

Notice of intent to issue a contract to Raytheon Systems for 10 ea of NSN 5998-01-445-5564, P/N 7576192-003 and 20 ea of NSN 5860-01-430-4339, P/N 7576194-002. The Government possesses no technical data for this item. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. If no responses are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis which meet the Government's requirements a contract will be placed without further notice.
