- Description
- This proposed procurement is Unrestricted, NAICS Code 23499. Estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Completion no later than 365 calendar days. Work consists of miscellaneous work on storm water quality structures, chemical buildings, water pumping station, backwash recovery pumping station and storm drains. Major work items include, removing and replacing parking lots, installation of new storm drains, intercepting and redirecting existing storm drains, construction of pumping stations, concrete and valve modifications to juncture chambers, construction of a concrete vault, pump replacement, demolition of a storage structure, modifications to a concrete spillway, and construction of a 50-foot vertical caisson 12 feet in diameter. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. Large business firms are required to submit a subcontracting plan. The subcontracting goals are 50% for small business, 15% for small disadvantaged business, 8% of women owned small business and 2.5% for HUBZone Small Businesses. The subcontracting plan does not have to be submitted at bid opening. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract. The initial registration date expired 31 May 1998. Contractors should include their TAX Id Number, CAGE Code and DUNS Number if they have them on their request for this project. Full size plans and specs are $56.00 per set; half size plans and specs are $36.50 per set; Non-Refundable.
