- Description
- Furnish all plant, labor, material, and equipment and perform all work necessary to complete the painting of the Lower Operating Gates at the Black Rock Lock on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District Reservation, City of Buffalo, County of Erie, State of New York. Safely dispose of existing paint from the gates, clean gate sill, remove Zebra Mussels from gate proper and associated areas, remove existing and install new timber fenders, construct and maintain for the duration of the work a temporary weather-protected enclosure around the gates and apply new painting systems to the gates.
