- YELLOW CLIFFS WATER SYSTEM, USDA Forest Service, Region 3, Western Zone Contracting and Property. Project consists of the construction of a water production well, installation of water lines, 5000 gallon water storage tank, masonry control building, and a Government Furnished photovoltaic power system for water pumping. The project is located near Bartlett Lake on the Cave Creek Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest. Contract time is 160 calendar days. Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid Guarantee is required.
