Description

AMI is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide the replacement of stairs and second story walkways for property currently under management by US Dept of Housing and Urban Development, known as Pecan Villa Apartments, Breaux Bridge, LA. Interested vendors must go to the property located at 220 Margaret St., Breaux Bridge, LA to verify conditions, elevations, and locations. Arrangements should be made by calling property manager at 337/332-3819. Davis Bacon wage rates apply. Certificates of Insurance will be required in the amount of $500,000 general liability, $300,000 Worker's Compensation, and $100,000 auto liability. AMI will receive quotations for the referenced work until October 30, 2000 at 1:30 pm in the AMI Corp Office at 1720 Northwest Hwy, Suite 350, Garland, TX 75041. Faxed bids will be accepted.
