Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain professional services, as-needed, in support of the natural resource and land management activities of the USDA, Forest Service in Region 4, within the States of Southern Idaho, Nevada, Northeastern California, Western Wyoming, and Utah. Multiple, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity-type contract awards are anticipated with a base year plus 4 additional option years possible. The successful contractors must have an established organization, controlled by the principle firm awarded the contract, physically located with one or more of the following States: Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Nevada or Utah. If there is a pre-proposal meeting, it will be held in Boise, Idaho. The time and date of the meeting will be established and documented within the solicitation document. The anticipated solicitation issue date is 10/31/2000. This project is not set aside for small business concerns.
