Description

This requirement is for Engineering and Technical Program Support services in support of U.S.N. T-45 and EA-6B aircraft support equipment programs. Interested small businesses are requested to submit a 1 page resume detailing their expertise and capabilities in supporting the Navy's requirements. These services would entail the development, update and maintenance of the T45TS support equipment database for procurements and deliveries. Additionally, the EA-6B automated hand tool database and tool control plans will be updated. Interested contractors must be familiar with and able to use IBM compativle personal computers, document scanners, printers, web server, and associated accessories. Software would include Microsoft Windows 95/98, Office 97, Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Navy financial system related software (NIFMAS, CWPS, Business Objects). The Navy is planning to set up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as an ordering vehicle for Task Orders. The statement of work shall include tasks such as analyzing T45TS SE project system cost; monitoring schedules and milestones; developing and maintaining database to facilitate timely SE procurements and conducting technical investigations.
