Description

Provide home oxygen services for an estimated 200 beneficiaries of Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, in accordance with the solicitation specifications and provisions. The service area includes counties in Georgia and South Carolina. The contract period will be one year from the date of award, with four (4) renewable option years. The NAICS code for this procurement is 62161 with a size standard of $5.0 million. All offerors must submit technical and price proposals for evaluation. The technical evaluation criteria include past performance and demonstrated capability, quality assurance and personnel qualifications. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
