Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, Roseburg, Oregon, requires locum tenens coverage for a Physical Therapist. Requirement is for approximately 55 days of coverage from October 23, 2000 through January 9, 2001. The Physical Therapist would see an average of 8-15 patients per day in the following categories of Physical Therapy care: acute/chronic outpatient coverage, acute/intermediate inpatient coverage, and Transitional Care Unit acute/long term care coverage. The assignment will vary dependent on the daily permanent staffing levels in each category of care. Hours of service will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays. NAICS code 621340/$5.0 million applies. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small business.
