Description

The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Commands plans to negotiate on a sole source basis with Southwest Research Institute, 6220 Culebra Road, San Antonio, Texas for effort entitled, "Interoperability Issue Identification and Mitigation Study." Effort will require the contractor to perform a study on interoperability-related modeling and simulation applications and techniques for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics. The study will identify and analyze interoperability issues and problem areas and, as appropriate, make recommendations to improve interoperability in a joint and coalition operational environment. Period of performance will be six months. See Note 22.
