Description

Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to establish a firm fixed price Standing Delivery Order for the period date of award through 30 September 2001, that will provide consumables for the Yellow Iris Udx 900 Automated Urinalysis System. The consumables shall consists of 480 each of Cat#: 800-0057 Chemstrip; 72 each of Cat#: 475-0001 IRISpec Calibrator/Control; 16 each of Cat#: 475-0024 IRIS Stain Composition; 8 each of Cat#: 799-0007 Preventative Maintenance Kits; 48 each of Cat#: 475-0020 IRISpec Gravity Concentrate 1.025; 48 each of Cat#: 475-0010 IRISpec Gravity Concentrate 1.060; 72 each of Cat#: 475-0003 IRISolve Cleaner; 24 each of Cat#: 800-0058 Chemstrip Calibration Strips; and 8 each of Cat#: 800-0039 Printer Ribbon . Scheduled shipping dates are outlined in the request for quotation. The request for quotation number is DADA13-01-T-0005. The NAICS code is 325413.
