The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a modification to Contract N00019-97-C-0045 with J. F Taylor of 21610 South Essex Drive, Lexington Park, MD 20653 for the completion of the Taiwan Unique Database for the Taiwan Army AH-1W Flight Simulators. J.F. Taylor is the manufacturer of the flight simulator for the Taiwan Army. J.F. Taylor is the only known firm that is capable of providing this database in a timely manner.
