Description

This project includes work previously announced under solicitations N62766-00-B-2013 and N62766-00-B-2014 and hereafter referred to as solicitation N62766-00-B-2015. The project description includes the following described work and incidental related work: (a) Replace existing 250mm (10") waterline of approximately 575m with new 300mm (12") PVC waterline along Magazine Road, Ordnance Annex. (b) Replace existing 200mm (8") waterline with new 200mm (8") waterline of approximately 620m PVC waterline along Harbor Road. (c) Installation of approximately 595m of new 200mm (8") PVC waterline along Parson Road, Ordnance Annex. The scope of work also includes installation of gate valves, valve boxes, air relief and blow-off valve, replacement of existing fire hydrant, miscellaneous fittings, concrete thrust block, repair of pavement, trenching and backfill, clearing and grubbing and disposal of debris, testing and chlorinating and cleanup. The location of the work is at COMNAVMARIANAS, Guam. The performance period is 270 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
