This is a modification to amend the previously sent CBD Notice, Submission Number 496730, dated September 14, 2000. This amendment reflects the evaluation factors for Phase One and Phase Two. The Phase One evaluation factors are as follows: Past Performance, Capability to Perform, Specialized Experience, and Technical Competence and Technical Approach. The Phase Two evaluation factors are as follows: Past Performance, Preliminary Design and Proposed Technical Solutions, Proposed Organization and Key Personnel Consultants and Subcontractors, Management Approach, Small Business Subcontracting, Project Schedule Development, and Monitoring.
