- Description
- WA PFH 158-1(2), FLOWERY TRAIL ROAD, Colville and Kaniksu National Forests, Stevens and Pend Oreille Counties, Washington. This project consists of 13.999 km of grading, base, drainage, and asphalt concrete pavement. The initial notice was issued September 19, 2000 (CBDNet) and September 21, 2000 (printed CBD). By issue of this modification, we announce that THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS AS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Presolicitation notices are being sent out concurrently with this notice. All other stipulations of the initial solicitation remain the same.
