Description

Multiple award term contract for various Government agencies in two categories for the period of November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001. Quality Level IV required. These specifications cover copying of flat sheet forms and self and separate-cover publications requiring such operations as preflight, copying, binding, packing, and distribution. It is anticipated that approximately 200 orders will be required in the term of the contract. Category 1 -- single leaf, average 3,900 copies per order; category 2 -- multi-leaf, page count ranges from 4 to 700 pages with 5 to 12,000 copies per order. Format "A" -- up to and including 5-1/2 x 8-1/2"; Format "B" -- over 5-1/2 x 8-1/2" up to and including 8-1/2 x 11". Various text stock and binding styles required. Delivery to various parts of the U.S. Accelerated Schedule is within 2 to 5 workdays. Regular schedule is not less than 6 workdays.
