Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, a supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The reference number is F7325101880200 and the reference number is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-19. (iv) This is a total small business set-aside. The associated standard industrial classification code is 7213 and the small business size standard is $10.5 Million. (v) There are 17 different item descriptions yet we will be awarding on a one lump sum. (vi) Scott AFB IL has a need for laundering of Sheet Twin, Sheet Queen, Sheet Double, Sheet King, Pillow Slips Colored, Pillow Slips, Hand Towels, Bath Towels, Bath Mats, Blankets Cotton, Thermal Blankets, Bed Pads, Bed Spreads, Washcloths, Sheet Towel, estimated quantities to be referenced in the attached Statement of Work. Quotes will not be considered unless FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, is submitted with quote. (vii) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (viii) The Commerce Business Daily numbered Note 1, 100% small business set-aside applies.
