Description

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, equipment and transportation to perform grounds maintenance at the Internal Revenue Service Center, Ogden, UT. Services shall be for a base period and four option periods. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 0782, with a $5.0 million size standard. All interested parties should telefax their request for a copy of the solicitation to Mr. Gary S. Brazzi, telefax number (415) 457-7446. Each telefax request shall have your firm's name, mailing address, telephone and telefax numbers. Telephone request will not be taken. The request for quotation (RFQ) will be issued no earlier than November 12, 2000 with a response due date on or around December 12, 2000. The IRS will not accept incomplete or late quotations. All quotations, certifications and representations any backup documentation must be received on or before the required time and date. See Note 1.*****
