Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum (SBMM) for the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary (CINMS). Purpose of contract is to provide cultural resources support for the CINMS, as well as space for the CINMS visitor center in the SBMM. Work performed under proposed contract under a cooperative agreement with the SBMM. The SBMM is participating in development of five major shipwreck exhibits that feature the CINMS, including a NOAA shipwreck exhibit.
