Description

Furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment; and perform all work in strict accordance with these specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the repairs to and reroofing of two sections of Building 134 at the Anniston Army Depot. Work will include but not limited to the following items: (a) Removal of all asbestos-containing materials (ACM) in the two sections of roofing. The locations of these items, which occur in the roofing materials, are identified on the contract drawings. (b) Complete tearoff in the two sections of built-up (flat) and sloped (shingled) areas of roofing at the building. Replacement of the roofing will consist of an EPDM (fully adhered over mechanically fastened isocyanurate insulation) roof system on the upper (flat) part of the roof, and new metal roofing on the sloped portions of the roof. (c) In conjunction with replacement of roof, new gutters, downspouts, and flashing will also be installed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 23561 The size standard is $11.5 Million Estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. One Job.
