Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervision and equipment necessary to furnish preventative maintenance, inspections, testing, and repair for elevators, lifts of various models and manufacturers ar various locations at Fort Wainwright and Fort Greely, Alaska. The contract will cover a basic period of 01 December 2000 or date of contract award, whichever is later, through 30 September 2001, plus four (4) consecutive twelve month option periods that the Government may exercise. A contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will also contain the "Option to Extend Services" clause which will allow the Government to extend the contract up to six (6) months within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. This requirement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by this agency.
