Description

NASA/GRC plans to issue a Request for Offer (RFO) ] for the development of an Oil-Free High Speed Thrust Foil Bearing Test Rig. NASA/GRC intends to purchase the items from Mohawk Innovative Technology Inc. of Albany NY 12205 under the authority granted by the Small Business Act 15 U.S.C.638 for SBIR Phase III procurements. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. See Note 22. An Ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B".
