Specification: Navy Uniform Certification Program Bulletin (195B, 196B, 197B and 198B). In addition, Navy Standard Disks of Digitized Embroidery Designs (1 through 6), available through the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia. This acquisition will be issued as a Requirements Contract with a basic and four (4) Term Year Options. For quantities to be purchased and applicable NSNs, contact Cindy Esposito, 215-737-5662 for a detailed worksheet. Deliveries to be determined at placement orders. This will be a Best Value Procurement with the following factors: (1) Product Demonstration Model; (2)Past Performance; (3) DLA Mentoring Business Agreements Program (MBA). This is the first time DSCP is procuring referenced items. Copies of this solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of solicitation issuance, this information will be available on or about 15 November 2000.
