Description

Subject solicitation is for commercial items and is being processed in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. It is being issued as an RFP using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in Subpart 13.5 -- Test Program for Certain Commerical Items. Solicitation closing date has been changed to 09 November 2000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
