Description

MODIFICATION: This action was originally publicized in the CBD on 19 September 2000. The synopsis is revised to read as follows: The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for an estimated fourteen (14) Synchro Output Modules in support of the AN/USQ-82(V) Fiber Optic Data Multiplex System (FODMS) Program. Solicitation N00024-00-R-5242 will be issued to The Boeing Company, Government Information & Communications Systems, 3370 Miraloma Avenue, P.O. Box 3105, Anaheim, CA 92803-3105 and SierraTech, Sierra Research Division, 485 Cayuga Road, P.O. Box 222, Buffalo, NY 14225-0222 since they are the only qualified FODMS producers of the aforementioned equipment that can meet the Navy's required delivery schedule.
