Description

We are procuring 28 National Stock Numbered items in the maritime propulsion spare parts category. This buy is unrestricted. All interested sources may submit a quotation on this solicitation for any combination of items. Technical data is not available. See Notes 12 and 26. The final contract will be for a one year period with up to 4 option years using PPI price escalation. Submit pricing on the spreadsheet provided at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
