Description

Construct Collocated Club, Bldg 450. Build a 15,500 square foot independent addition to the Enlisted Club. Includes lounge, ballroom, dining rooms, restrooms, and additional parking lots. Minor modifications to the existing kitchen and waste system in the existing club are also part of this project. Performance Period: 395 calendar days Estimated range $1,000,000 through $5,000,000 Bid Opening date 26 Oct 2000, 2:00 p.m. Anticipated award date 10 Nov 2000 The approximate issue/response date will be 26 SEP 2000. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
