Description

SERVICES SOURCES SOUGHT: The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, Central Administrative Support Center, is acquiring repairs and control systems upgrade for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, which includes the temperature control system, at the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Flagstaff, AZ. The current control system is an Andover Controls system of which Air Treatment Technologies is an authorized dealer. Renovation of the HVAC system will include, but is not limited to, new sequence of operations, provide graphical user interface, provide new workstation, provide HVAC control system training, replace room temperature sensors, relocate outside air temperature sensor and incidental related work. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Air Treatment Technologies, 9609 N. 22nd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021 under the authority of FAR 6.302.
