Description

17. Provide emergent/non-emergent Ambulance Services for the Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI beginning approx. 11/12/00 for a period of one year. This procurement will also include four additional one-year performance periods. Hard copy and electronic versions of the solicitation will be available on or about 10/3/00. Requests for hard copy solicitations must be submitted in writing. The charge for hard copy solicitations is $5.00 in advance. Checks to be made payable to Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted.
