Description

LOCAL AUCTION 38-1921 offering 52 Small Unit Support Vehicles (SUSV). The Bid Opening will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2000 at 9:00 A.M. (ADST). Inspections are October 10-16, 2000 from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. (ADST). No appointments are necessary. The SUSV's are located out of Anchorage, AK at Fort Richardson. The SUSV is a high mobility personnel/cargo carrier that is full tracked, diesel-powered and designed for operations in all types of terrain. The vehicle's unique steering mechanism involves articulation of the front and rear cars in relation to each other.
