Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Boise, Idaho, has a requirement for janitorial services for the Administration Building and the Health Facilities Clinic at the Centennial Job Corps Center, 3201 Ridgecrest Drive, Nampa, Idaho 83687. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 561720, and the size standard is $12 million. The Administration Building is approximately 3,800 square feet in area with 3,000 square feet of carpeted floor area and 800 square feet of ceramic tile floor area. The Health Facilities Clinic is approximately 5,800 square feet in area with 200 square feet of carpeted floor area, 600 square feet of ceramic tile floor area, and 5,000 square feet of vinyl clad floor area. An organized site visit is anticipated to be held at 1:00 PM, MDT, October 19, 2000. The due date for quotations is estimated as October 30, 2000.
