Description

FAC 97-19 on July 26, 2000 stated that North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) replace SIC Codes effective October 1, 2000. The appropriate NAICS Code for this procurement would be 541219, Other Accounting Services with a size standard of $6 million (the same as SIC 8721). The RFP was issued on September 28, 2000 but technical/cost proposals are not due until October 30, 2000. In this case, offerors will have to certify that they are qualified under the appropriate NAICS Code according to the applicable size standard at the time they submit their proposal.
