Description

The Army Telecommunications Directorate (ATD) has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services in support of the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), on Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The proposed contract is for one year with four one-year option periods. The local exchange service provider, certified by the Kentucky PUC, shall provide local commercial communications service for the JSOC. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum, but not limited to, local access for 3 ISDN BRIs. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged, and/or women-owned business. For this acquisition a concern will be considered small under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) under 51331 and 51333. In order to be eligible for award of this Request For Quote (RFQ), offerors will be required to have a Basic Agreement with this office. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format contained at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
