Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR SYSCOM) proposes to award a Firm-Fixed Price Sole Source Contract to Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). This contract will be for one base year and one option year. The total effort is for ACM Digital Library, an online database via the World Wide Web of literature in computer science and engineer containing bibliographic information, abstracts, reviews, and full-text for articles published in ACM periodicals and conference proceedings since 1985. The subscription for unlimited online access is for seven (7) Naval sites (including their subsidiary sites) with optional access for each site by IP address or password. Sites: 1. Naval Observatory, Washington DC 2. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA 3. Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, DC 4. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 5.
