Description

Notice of Intent to negotiate a noncompetitive contract with Kurt Eichenberger, Historical Architect, for architect and engineering services to investigate, test and evaluate the exterior columns at the Matamuskeet Lodge, a historic building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Lodge is located at Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge, Swan Quarter, NC. It is owned by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and operated jointly by FWS and the Partnership for the Sounds (PFS). Mr. Eichenberger has been selected inasmuch that he has been working for the past seven years on different phases of the renovation and restoration of the Lodge with the PFS. This structural investigation is an integral part of this restoration. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
