Description
This is a market survey to locate potential sources whom can supply the Government with MIL-STD Generator relays, drawing number 70-501, NSN 5945-01-165-1065. Relays will be needed no later than 90 days after contract award. The Government anticipates an initial order quantity of 200 each, and the contract will be structured as a long term flexible contract (FLTC) in the form of a 10 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a range of quantities for each contract year. A potential source must be able to provide spare relays to the Government for the entire term of the contract (10 year IDIQ), and must deliver the product 90 days after each delivery order. Potential sources not on the Government source-controlled drawing must be qualified prior to contract award. This market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Suppliers capable of providing spares with the constraints listed above should reply in writing to the Power/Environmental Division, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-G-GN (Ruff), Building 1200 West, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5064. The deadline to this office is 17 October 2000.
