Description

Description: Torsion Bar, Suspension. NSN 2510-00-008-8822, YPC00259000603, made in accordance with Army Drawing (19207) 10898191 and all current related data. Quantity of 325 each to be delivered to New Cumberland PA and 75 each to Tracy CA within 270 days after date of award. This delivery schedule includes the delivery of the First Article Test report on three units within 120 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Note: 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of October 20, 2000. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L07 -- Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
