Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procureone line item of HDR Mast Fairing Assemblies, Quantity 7 each to be manufactured in accordance with navy specifications. A Requirements type contract is contemplated wotj Lot 1 -- estimated quantities to be issued from date of award through 12 months, Lot II-from 12 months through 24 months, Lot III-from 24 months through 36 months, Lot IV-36 months through 48 months and Lot V-48 months through 60 months.Quality Assurance Inspection System in accordance with ANSI/ASQC Q9002-1994. First Production/Production bend test, optical alignment test and coupon test required. Inspection and acceptance by local contract administrative office at the contractor's site.Delivery is required 120 days after contract award wi subsequent deliveries every 35 days thereafter. Source Selection Criteria to include Machining/Facilitie, Tooling and Material Availiability, Experience/Past Performance and Inspection System/Procedures. This requirement will be solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. SIC Code 3089.
