Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure two line items of Hydraulic Cylinder Assemblies, Quantity 7 each and HDR Hoist Cylinder Assemblies, Quantity 7 each, in accordance with navy specifications. A Requirements type contract is contemplated with Lot 1- estimated quantities to be issued from date of award through 12 months, Lot II from 12 months through 24 months, Lot III from 24 months through 36 months, Lot IV 36 months through 48 months and Lot V 48 months through 60 months. Quality Assurance Inspection System In accordance with ANSI/ASQC Q9002-1994. Hydrostatic pressure , optical alignment, dynamic and cylinder cycling testing required.Inspection and Acceptance by local contract administrative office at the contractor's site. Delivery is required 140 dyas after award of order with subsequent deliveries every 35 days thereafter. Source Selection Criteria required to determine offeror's ability to comply with solicitation requirements. Source Selection Criteria to include Machining Facilities, Material Availability, Experience/Past Performance and Inspection System Procedures. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
