Description

See Note 1 Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure one line items of HDR Closure Door Assemblies, Quantity 7 each, one line item for FWD Alignment Plate, quantity 1 each, one line item AFT Alignment Plate, quantity 1 each, one line item Bulkhead Pivot Assembly, quantity 2 each and one line item linkage pin, quantity 2 each. A Requirements type contract is contemplated with Lot 1 -- estimated quantities to be issued from date of award through 12 months, Lot II- from 12 months through 24 months, Lot III 24 months through 36 months, Lot IV 36 months through 48 months and Lot V 48 months through 60 months.Quality Assurance Inspection Systems in accordance with ANSI/ASQC Q9002-1994. Dynamic Testing required. Inspection and Acceptance by the local contract administrative office at the contractor's site. Delivery is required 130 days after receipt of order with subsequent deliveries every 30 days thereafter.Source Selection Criteria to include Machining/Facilities, Material Availability, Experience/Past Performance and Inspection System/Procedures. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set Aside.
