Description

Overhaul: The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the overhaul, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the following F15 items. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Description, The monitor/controller measures the oxygen concentration of the concentrator product gas. CLIN 0011: OVER AND ABOVE WORK CLIN 0012: DATA IAW DD FORM 1423. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and the requirements of FAR 9.202(A) do not apply. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) all This solicitation is to obtain a requirements type overhaul contract with 100% CFM. Award may include options. The approximate issue/response date will be 02 OCT 2000. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Litton Systems Inc, Davenport Ia 52808-4508. No telephone requests. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
