- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 9PSPXX-0022 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. The SIC code is 7521 and the small business size standard is $5 million. CLIN 001: The General Services Administration- Federal Protective Service has a requirement to lease Sixteen (16) parking spaces for government-owned vehicles. The parking must be in an indoor garage with access/egress control (attendant during operating hours). Twenty-four (24) hour access may be any means (attendant, key card, key, etc., at no additional cost to the Government). The garage must be available for GSA/FPS use seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day, 365 days a year. Standard commercial garage is acceptable. The garage must be suitable for vehicular parking with appropriate exhaust and ventilation. The garage parking space must be clean, free of rubbish and garbage on the floor and in parking spaces. The garage must be free from mice and rats, snakes and other unsafe rodents. Free of water standing in floor parking area. Garage must be well lighted for security reasons. Facility must be located within a three block radius of the FB & USCH 450 Golden Gate Avenue San Francisco, CA 94102. The period of performance shall be October 1, 2000 through November 01, 2001. The contractor shall provide the complete quantity; FOB Destination. The following FAR Provisions and Clauses are applicable unless other wise noted: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; (MAR 2000) 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; (FEB 2000) 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; (MAY 1999) 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (JUN 2000); (additional clauses cited in 52.212-5 that apply to this acquisition are (b) 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 34. These FAR Provisions and Clauses may be accessed via the World Wide Web at: http://www.arnet.gov/far/. Offerors must include a signed copy of the Representations and Certifications (FAR 52.212-3) with their offers. Copies of the Representations and Certifications are available on-line at GSA's web page at www.arnet.gov/far. The contract specialist will not accept telephone call request for copies of the FAR provisions. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the items listed herein, will be the most price and location advantageous to the Government. Award will be on an all-or-none basis with respect to the listed items. All offers, which shall include, a price proposal on your company letterhead, and a signed copy of the Representations and Certifications shall be faxed to 415-522-3218 or mailed to the Federal Protective Service Division, 450 Golden Gate Ave. Suite 5474, San Francisco, CA 94102-3434, ATTN: William J. Wylie III, for receipt not later than 12:00 PM, November 01, 2000. Award is anticipated within fifteen (15) days of receipt of proposals.
