Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DAKF06-00-T-0001 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This will be a unrestricted procurement. RFQs should be quoted in accordance with the following: CLIN 0001, Quantity = 6 SINGLE ROOMS FROM 24 OCTOBER 00 TO 06 NOVEMBER 00; CLIN 0002, Quantity = 19 SINGLE ROOMS FROM 24 OCTOBER 00 TO 07 NOVEMBER 00; CLIN 0003, Quantity = 1 SINGLE ROOM FROM 04 OCTOBER OO TO 07 NOVEMBER 00; and CLIN 0004, Quantity = 50 DOUBLE ROOMS FROM 04 OCTOBER 00 TO 07 NOVEMBER 00. Government lodging rates will be used. Wage Determination No. 94-2507 applies. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items are applicable to this solicitation. Offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items (02/2000) is hereby incorporated by reference, the following clauses are applicable and incorporated by reference: 52.222-21 Prohibition of Segregated Facilities, 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity, 52.222-35 Affirmative Action for Disabled Vererans of the Vietnam Era, 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities, 52.222-37 Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration, 52.222-41 Service Contract Act of 1965, As Amended, and 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires. The FAR clause 52.219-6 Total Small Business Set-Aside and DFARS clause 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration is applicable to this solicitation.
