Description

Single award term contract for the Internal Revenue Service, Atlanta, GA, for the period of Date of Award through November 30, 2001. These specifications cover the concept and design of various products including posters, flyers, charts, brochures, pamphlets, covers, books, newsletters, and other items. This would include importing de-tagged text from word processing software, resetting text, and repairing/reworking/fixing files in addition to the preparation from concept to finished product of items. Software platforms include Microsoft Word 97, PowerPoint 97, Excel 97, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat 4.0, PageMaker 6.5, Illustrator 8.0, PhotoShop 5.0, wordPerfect 8.0 for the PC and Quark Xpress 4.04, Illustrator 7.0, PhotoShop 3.0 and Adobe pageMaker 6 for the MacIntosh. Production would be accomplished within 10 workdays. Request for bid package must be faxed to (404) 605-9185 and must be made on contractor's letterhead referencing Program 2441-S.
