Description

Single award term contract for the Department of Agriculture/Natural Resources Conservation Service in Jackson, MS; for the perios of December 1, 2000 through November 30, 2001. Assumed area of production within a 25-mile radius of Jackson, MS. Quality Level V required. These specifications cover the production of short-run, fast schedul duplicating/copying of self-cover products and cut-sheet forms requiring such operations as duplication/copying, binding, packing, and distribution. Approximately 150 orders during the contract year. single leaf products with an average of 400 copies; 4 up to and including 32 page products with an average of 12 pages and 200 copies; over 32 up to and including 100 pages with an average of 50 pages and 100 copies; and over 100 up to approximately 1,458 pages with an average of 292 pages and 75 ocopies. Format "A" is 8-1/2 x 11"; Format "B" is 11 x 17". Various papers and binding requirements. Deliver f.o.b. destination to the Jackson, MS area. complete production and delivery must be made within 1 to 3 workdays.
