Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, quality control, transportation and supervision necessary to maintain Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning systems at Naval Air Station Complex, Key West, Florida. Bid opening date of 11-10-00 is approximate. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 561210. The related small business standard is $5,000,000. Period of performance is base period 1-01-01 through 9-30-01 plus five options for a total of 60 months.
